It’s another movie&TV base invested by CCTV after the Tang city and the three kingdoms city for shooting the TV series “the Water Margin”.
In the south of the water margin city it connects The Three Kingdoms City. And in the west it faces the Taihu Lake. The city takes up a land area of 40 hectares and a water area of 100 hectares for TV shooting. It is made up of three parts, namely, the prefecture area, the capital area and Liang shan hill. There are nearly 100 scenic sights such as the royal palace, the grand councilor’s residence, the downtown street, the purple stone street, the government office, the execution ground; the neighborhood centralized embodying the wonderful and resplendent architectural style in the song dynasty.
