Wuxi will be providing aircraft synthetic surveillance systems for C919 trunkiliners, China's first self-developed large commercial aircraft. Wuxi Municipal Government signed a cooperation framework agreement with Avionics Systems of Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC) on July 8.
According to the agreement, an avionics industrial park will be set up in Binhu district for the development and manufacturing of the systems.
Meanwhile, a letter of intent to cooperate was signed between Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China (COMAC), AVIC Avionics Systems and U.S. Rockwell collins.
